I am working on my PhD dissertation research and I need the assistance
of an outside reviewer for my dissertation, who will work with the
dissertation committee on reviewing the paper I will write. This
individual is required to have a PhD, but can be a recent graduate.
The topic of my dissertation is a comparison of the relative
performance and scalability of open source and proprietary database
systems.

My estimate for the dissertation work is that it will occur over the
next 8 to 18 months, and periodically during this period you would be
asked to review my work as it progresses and submit comments.
