Lotus Approach Password

I've been given an old Approach 97 database by my boss, and asked to
convert it to Access. However, the database is passowrd protected and
no one knows the password. ( A classic case of one person doing a job,
not telling anyone else and then leaving, without telling anyone about
what he was doing!! )

So, my question is simple...does anyone know of a program / back-door
way into the database, that will allow me to either bypass the
password, or remove it totally?

I don't but Google returns 1.76 million hits for lotus password crack
