Default Lotus Approach help? - 12-12-2003 , 04:11 AM

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help me or point me in the right direction.

I have a database for our lettings manager for property. He records
simple information such as address, but also contact information.

This contact information is the date, action is was (phoned, faxed,
e-mail, posted) and a comment. So when the lettings guy speaks to his
investors he can update is last conversation. However I want to record
this information so we have a history of the contact information. This
way the guy can see what he spoke about to each customer and when he
speaks to them next time enter the date, the action it was and a
comment.

any ideas on how to help?

Luke

I suggest you go to www.xpertss.com and set up a free account. They are the
best resource for Approach information, and very helpful. Also, there may be
a "contacts" smartmaster you can use as-is or modify.
