Just wondering if anyone can help me out on this one- I am looking for
a similar service like www.tucows.com which rates shareware for
webservices. In otherwards, is there a website that rates different
types of web services out there? Thanks.

finally, your question is not clear, are you looking for evaluations
of providers of web hosting services?
or
of webservices software?
