ER Diagram

I'm doing a school assignment on a hospital database.

Basically i have one doubt, on medication and drug.
On my er diagram, should i make mediaction and drug as individual entity or
combine them together.

Currently now -> docter link Treatment_Detail link Drug link Supplier.
Think of -> docter link Treatment_Detail link medication link Drug link
Supplier.

Any advice, thank!

Does the entity Drug and Medication share the same set of attributes.
If both entities describe the same real-world object, then you only
need one entity.
