You don't say what operating system you're using. I assume some
variation of Microsoft Windows.
".mdb" files are often Microsoft Access databases and applications.
".exe" are executable programs, the result of building an application.
".dbt" has been used by several softwares historically (Abacus Law,
AutoCAD, dBASE, Foxbase, JetForm, OpenInsight, Oracle, etc.). There's
no way to tell from your description which it is in your case. We know
nothing about what your old program's purpose.
Web sites that document file extensions and the software that uses them,
such as http://filext.com/, might be some help to you.
