I am using VF 5.0.

I need send data from a Foxpro table to an Access table. The goal is
for the end user to open up their Access MDB and have their data
loaded into the table without them having to import anything.

I was thinking of OLE for this. I don't do any OLE work so, what would
the syntax and commands look like ? I also need the ability to clear
out the table's prior day work.

Any suggestions ?
