I have a couple tables where one has an FK into the other. How
do I get the FK enforcement code into the .dbc in the first place?
gendbc does not do it.

If you have relations based on the pk/fk, run the Referential Integrity
wizard.

(Open the database, right click, and choose Referential Integrity.)
