Table code page is converted to cp 1257 ??

Hello !

I have external DBF files which code page is 850, now if I make
some SELECT from this table, the result table code page is 1257 ?
How to avoid this translation ?
Windows 98SE is operating system

I see that "CREATE CURSOR - SQL Command" (and "CREATE TABLE - SQL Command") has a CodePage clause, I don't see it on SELECT, but you may want to try it to see if it works!
