God, do I hate command completion. I know what freakin' command I want to
type.

I'm in VFP 7 after a long layoff, and I anticipate a painful learning curve
from FP 2.5.

This is a real annoyance, however. I can't get the freakin'
IntelliNonsense to STOP COMPLETING MY COMMAND.

Please tell me how to turn this "feature" (spit) off.

I will be eternally grateful.

Following up on my own query...

I found it in the FoxPro Wiki
(http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~FoxProWiki).

Tools/IntelliSense/Advanced/Edit Properties/lEnableFullSetDisplay = .F.
