MSI installations can fail with "Internal Error 2763" when using the
Crystal Reports viewer 9 merge module because of a bug in this module.
To workaround the problem, you will need to modify the msi database file
using a utility such as orca every time the file is built.
You must change the sequence number of InstallExeucte in table
InstallExecuteSequence from 4460 to value 2120.
