A couple of us in the greater Grand Rapids, MI area are exploring the possibility of re-starting a FoxPro Users' Group here. We hope to focus more on VFP, but Fox 2.x developers are welcome, too. We hope to cover topics ranging from migration issues and questions for developers anticipating the move to VFP, on up to advanced VFP topics (provided we have some advanced participants <g>). If you have any clever Fox 2.x tricks you'd like to share, I'm sure they will be equally welcome. A meeting place has been offered, so there are no costs involved at this point; just good, old-fashioned FoxPro bonding. Please contact me via email, if possible, at the address below, or you can try to reach me at (616) 531-5275 (I'll get any phone messages within a day at the most). To get some feel for the make-up of the group, please respond to the questions below: 1. Which version of FoxPro are you using (include the platform) ? 2. If you are using Fox 2.x, are you planning to migrate to VFP in the next year or so? 3. Is there a particular day that works better for you? (or a day that doesn't work at all?) I expect the meetings to be in the evening, or on a Saturday. 4. What kinds of topics would you like to cover? 5. Any comments/questions? some Foxpro program modificatons to a program that is used to track air
pollutant emissions. I do this on the side, sell the program, and need
someone do do modifications once or twice per year. Not a big money
maker, but some extra cash. Do you know anyone that may be interested?
