Default Numbers and rounding - 10-17-2004 , 05:32 PM

I am using VFP 5.0.

The accounting department wants to create a desktop application.
Because the application will keep track of money, rounding is going to
be an issue.

What is the best way to tackle the rounding issue with Foxpro. Can the
currency field do the trick ? Or will I have problem using it going
forward.

Rich,
Depending on your needs, either Currency or Double field types should handle their requirements. Check the help file for the limits on these field types.
