Just to let everyone know of our experience with purchasing Installshield
with a cash rebate offerred by Installshield on their Website.

We purchased the product in December 2004 and sent in all the required
paperwork for our rebate offer.

In spite of numerous emails to the company, which they do not even reply to,
we have yet to see any rebate 6 months later.

Buyers Beware

Are they handling the rebate, or is it like so many others where it's actually a 3rd party handling them?

There seems to be no indication that anyone else is handling it. The
paperwork that we had to complete was all addressed to the company.
