I need to use MODIFY REPORT in my application. It works fine, but to insert
text, field, boxes etc I have to select the option from the Report menu,
Insert control option.

I can't seem to find any way of displaying the Control toolbar and Alignment
toolbar when modifying a report within a running application.

Is this true or have I missed a setting somewhere?
