Default Combine first names from different records (husband and wife) from mailing list - 10-20-2003 , 03:14 PM

I have a database where I would like to combine the the field "first
name" from different records (husband & wife)into one record so that
when I print mailing labels I don't print separate labels for husband
& wife. Currently the database has separate records for each person.
Can anyone help me please.

What size database, and what are you mailing? It makes a lot of difference
to the approach you should take.
