I am looking for CDX structure with terms
explanation. There are many CDX and IDX docs but
I dont understand their terms like "exterior node" etc.
They say CDX is "similar" to IDC but I cant find this similarity !

Most of nodes have two neighbouring nodes (from the left and right side
refering to their common parent node).
Some nodes have only one neigbour (left or right), these nodes are exterior
nodes, located at the edge (left or right) of the tree.
It is just translation of "exterior" according to the tree structure, can
anbody confirm (or negate) it ?
