I have an app (App1) that uses d4open to open a .dbf file. When I run
this app on NT, I can not get read access to the file with another app
(App2) when I run App2 on an NT box. If I run App1 on 2000 I can
access the file just fine using App2. I also have no problem if I run
App1 on NT and App2 on 2000.

Is there some reason for this? Is this something that is fixable by
me or something that I will have to try and find a way to get around??
