Default Time-tested model, what is it? - 11-12-2010 , 12:40 PM

Hi,

can someone please tell me what means that ER diagrams are time-tested
models?
"Entity-relationship (E-R) diagrams are time-tested models for database
development..." (source link:
http://books.google.hr/books?id=KZKy...ed=0CDcQ6AEwAg)

Tnx!
God bless You all!
Matko

Well, the ER diagrams were invented back in 1976... which makes them
being used for 34 years now. Does it answer your question?
