If you're talking about an ER diagram, here's one for ASE 12.5:

If you're talking about a list of the tables, and their attributes, check
out the Reference Manual documentation for your copy of ASE. For example,
with ASE 12.5.1 you'd want the 4th Reference Manual (Tables), Chapter 1
(System Tables).
