Job Title: Commercial Tax Manager

Location :Woburn, MA

Duration :1 year



Project Description :

We have an exciting career opportunity for a Tax Manager with
experience in commercial business.

You should have a minimum of five years in the area of corporate
taxation including extensive experience with review and preparation of
S corporations,
C corporations and operating Partnerships/LLCs including the income
tax returns of their owners. Experience with mergers, acquisitions and
foreign entity compliance is a plus.

As a manager, you will be responsible for directing multiple
engagements simultaneously, while training staff and maintaining
contact with assigned clients.
You should possess outstanding leadership, mentoring, and supervisory
skills.
You will also assist in firm administrative functions as assigned by
partners.

Managers are expected to plan, supervise and complete engagements,
supervise both staff accountants and seniors, provide feedback to them
and evaluate their progress, develop expertise in their assigned
areas, and recognize opportunities to provide additional services to
existing clients.
