Default transfer Db from ASE to ASA - 07-25-2004 , 08:04 AM

I want to take an ASE DB and convert it into an ASA DB so I can do a
training course without messing with the real data and having it run locally
with Infomaker. Is the best way to export the Database DDL from Sybase
central and then run that DDL?

The Generate DDL is really slow! there are about 120 tables with much
associated Procs, UDF's, UDT's etc. Maybe that is too much for ASA?

Any help appreciated

It's not too much for ASA. We have a client whose ASA database has exceeded 13GB, 200+ tables, and supports 200+
concurrent users (with real-time analytics against the OLTP database).
