Hi, All

I'm using sybase developer edition 12.5.0.3 on linux box, using sybase
central 3.2 java edition on windows 2000. My PC locale setting is
Chinese for default, so every time I launch Sybase central, it shows
me in Chinese with some funny characters. So, I want to force sybase
central to use English instead. However, I can't find out where I can
set the default language. Can anyone help me out?
