I am trying to find if there is a comparable function for oracle's
Previous in Sybase. I would appreciate a reply.
What I am trying to do is to create a funtion in Sybase usinf T-SQL
and pass the id to the function . I need to use the previous records
value for the current record therefore was wondering if I there is
something in Sybase SQL comparable to oracle previous??
