I currently am experiencing some extremely poor restore times using
ASE 12.5.0.3 ESD#4 on a Compaq server with 4 900 Mh CPUs running
Windows 2000 OS.

I have a production database approx. 12 GB in total space that is
taking up to 1 hour and 20 minutes to restore. The same database
would restore in less than 30 minutes on versions 11.9.2 and 12.0 on
similar hardware.

Is there a new configuration option I am missing? Can this restore
time be improved? Anyone?
