Hi there, I got given an IQ installation to play with yesterday & I've
broken it already. It was working yesterday - I thought I'd create a
test database to play with before I went home last night. This
morning, nothing seems to work. I can't start the server.

When trying to start the asiqdemo server/db, it fails, telling me to
check the 'server output message file'. Where is located - & what's
it called? The documentation I'm looking at doesn't reference it.

Please forgive me for asking simple questions, but can someone please
explain to me the relationship between the server and database? When
starting the server, I get asked for a database name - I don't
understand why. I normally use SQL Server, where you have an instance
of the server, then one or more databases on the server. I'm a bit
confused as to the basic concepts/terminology here.
