Looking for NextGen Sequencing Bioinformatics Specialist

Responsibilities:
Develop infrastructure (workflows, tools, databases, and applications)
using open-source and custom developed applications to support
genomics.
Automate and simplify the genomic analysis and data management
lifecycle
Candidate must have NextGen Sequencing experience

Candidate must have 3-5 years experience in building application &
implementing algorithm

Basic Qualification:

Bioinformatics Degree – Masters or PhD

Java – 3 Years

UNIX Shell Scripting – 3 years

Perl – 3 years

NextGen Sequencing experience – 6 months

Galaxy (workflow tool) not required but highly desired - 1 year
