Job Description:

*Develop infrastructure (workflows, tools, databases, and
applications) using open-source and custom developed applications to
support genomics.
*Automate and simplify the genomic analysis and data management
lifecycle
*Candidate must have NextGen Sequencing experience
*Candidate must have 3-5 years experience in building application &
implementing algorithm



Required/Desired skills:-

*Bioinformatics Degree – Masters or PhD
*3 Years experience in Java
*3 years experience in UNIX Shell Scripting
*3 years experience in Perl
*6 months experience in NextGen Sequencing experience
*Galaxy (workflow tool) not required but highly desired - 1 year
