Web Application developer for Next Generation Sequencing
The candidate must have 5 years of Graphical User interface design and
experiences building web applications.
Experience in Java, UNIX, PERL, UNIX Shell, groovy or other scripting
languages is required.
Experience in Genomics/ Bioinformatics is desired






Required / Desired Skills & Experience:-
"Required 5+ years experience in Java
"Required 5+ years experience in Web Services
"Required 3+ years experience in Linux/Unix
"3 years of experience in Scripting Languague (Perl, Ruby, ect)
"Must have experience in REST Services
"Must have experience in Middleware, Tomcat, Spring framework



Nice to have:-
"2 years of experience in High-Throughput computing environments
"1 year of experience in Bioinformatics/Genomics Domain experience
"1 year of experience in IBM Websphere & MQ
