Hi Folks,
We have Sybase ASE ODBC driver in one environment with the following
details:

Operating System : Windows NT 4.0 build 1386
MDAC Version : MDAC 2.1 SP2
The sybase ASE Server version : 12.5
Sybase ASE ODBC Driver version : 03.70.00.20
Date : 01/26/2004
Size : 425984 bytes
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - END - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Oter details I specified are as below in DSN setup:
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - BGN - - - - - - - - - - - - -
N/W Library Name: Winsock
N/W Address: <SERVER_IP_ADDREDD>,20100
Database Name: <VALID_DB_NAME>
- - - - - - - - - - - - - END - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

When tried to test the DSN created in Control Panel>ODBC I'm
encountering the following error:
----------- error begin ----------------
"[Merant][ODBC Sybase ASE driver] invalid attribute in connection
string: Description"
----------- error end ----------------

In the contrast I can connect to the database through DSN from my pc
where I'm using an older driver (Version: 03.50.0010).

Is this something to do with MDAC version *OR* is there any specific
way to specify parameters in ODBC setup?
Any clues on waht the culprit could be?
