Default Good book on SYBASE 12.5 required - 01-15-2004 , 12:09 PM

Can anyone recommend a good book or other reading materials on Sybase
12.5? Topics of interest are programming for, tuning, difference
between versions 11 and 12.5.
We are converting to 12.5 and I need to test/rewrite/tune a lot of
code.

Thanks in advance,

Yakov

Check out my ASE books at www.sypron.nl/qr and www.sypron.nl/ttr.
While neither are specifically aimed at ASE 12.5, both cover a lot
12.5-specific stuff.

Goodness me, if I were cynical I'd suggest that you were Rob's
publisher ;-)

Sybase is the best documented product. The manuals are the best
introduction.

BTW, Rob Vorscheer sometimes submits snipits of information ;-)
