1) Are double quotes and square brackets fully interchangeable when
used to quote identifiers? Are there instances where one or the other
might not work?

2) Is there ANYWHERE in the Sybase docs that desribe this? I've spent
90 minutes tolling the docs and nowhere are sqaure brackets mention or
shown in an example?
