I doubt it. Last time I used it, about 18 months ago and quite extensively,
the level of Rdb support had become almost trivial. It did not appear to me
that the Rdb support was being maintained, and essentially none of the V7.1
features were supported. (A new version has been released since then, but
it is a purchase upgrade, and I have not seen it).
ERWin is probably the only tool that can be successfully used for
diagramming and documenting the standard features of a database. It is
however essentially useless for generating DDL/SQL for Rdb that is in any
way even remotely sophisticated.
Learning SQL syntax and writing it by hand is probably several factors
faster than doing it with a tool, especially one that does not know all the
syntax !
Tools cannot replace knowledge, they can at best enhance the use of
knowledge !
