postgres novice list

I asked a simple question and yet my post is not showing, it is pending
approval by the list moderators. Is that list intentionally designed to
be as useless as humanly possible or is that a result of somebody's
valiant efforts toward that noble goal?

If you subscribed you posted from a different email address from the
one you subscribed with.
