main added feature is dnscache daemon with PostgreSQL backend, which
is used for persistent storage of cached data. All dns data are cached
in ram also, so there is no performance penalty.

There are also some bugfixes to old sqldjbdns code mainly in reverse
query handling. With PGSQL 7.4 it can process IPv6 DNS records.
