We've had the same thing happen here in Australia, though I think it may

Replying to my own post here, but I just spotted this...

Gee, why didn't he do that with prisons? I guess you have to be
really conservative to do that. Uh oh, I better not give W and bright
ideas.

OMG, was that a political comment? Slap! Back to work.

PS. The Conservative government in the UK had this really bad idea a
while back. They called it "Care in the community". What it really
amounted to was a way to save government expenditure on psychiatric
healthcare by simply emptying out the psychiatric wards onto the
streets. Consequently the public at large was suddenly faced with
having to deal with unhinged individuals on a routine basis. People
didn't want - and weren't trained - to deal with severly disturbed
individuals, they just wanted to get on with their lives as best they
could. As a result many of the former patients were subjected to
violence and some of them inflicted violence on others. Didn't do
anyone any good.

Dan

There are hindreds of other agencies out there and most of the jobs
they offer are outside of Pick. Have you considered cross-training. If
you want to get up to speed with relational databases maybe you should
get into direct email conversation with someone like bbadour (AT) golden (DOT) net

Mike.

Perhaps a few clicks in Google would disspell the misconceptions elucidated
here. :-)
