Have you tried IBM?

If that's something that is not available anymore you would be better
offer posting a request like this to the U2 list.

they are handy, aren't they.
Although, these days I just have the entire manual pdf set on my
laptop.

I don't know where to get the manual except maybe email
u2askus (AT) ibm (DOT) com.

But you did remind me of that the "Universe Guide for Pick Users" is
once again available.

http://publibfi.boulder.ibm.com/epubs/pdf/25119200.pdf

Maybe the QuickRef is there as pdf, too.

www.u2ug.org, click on Email List.

You can sign up there for any of 4 lists, in either interactive or
daily digest mode. Copied from that page:

--------------------------------------------------

U2UG Sponsored email lists
The U2 Users' Group sponsors the following discussion lists:

u2-users
Technical Discussions related to the U2 product family. Use this list
to ask the community for technical help and share useful or technical
information of interest to the community.

u2-community
General non-technical discussions, including off-topic diversions,
should be directed to this list.

rbsolutions
Technical discussions related specifically to Red Back.

sbsolutions
Technical discussions related specifically to System Builder and
related products.
---------------------------------------------------

"u2-users" is the most active. Very useful.
Several bona fide gurus & IBM techs often weigh in on the tough
questions.
Count on instant response on the run-of-the-mill questions.

Some non-U2 MV discussion, but unless it has to do with comparisons of
other MVs to U2, such discussion is somewhat discouraged with
suggestions that comp.databases.pick would be a more useful forum.

U2UG.org is the newly formed user group hosting these lists.
Membership (i.e., by registering at the web-site) is pretty much open
to all interested individuals. (There's verbage about needing parental
consent if you're under 12! Go figure.) There are also on-line forums
set up that haven't had much use yet. You can participate w/o signiing
up. But you can sign up to be notified by email of activity. We'll
see how that develops over time.
