Default UV SET.INDEX updating - 03-16-2006 , 11:52 AM

We are moving some accounts to a new server. We have made use of UV's
indexes and if you do a SET.INDEX FILE INFORM it shows the file exists
on the G: drive. On the new server, the file will exist on the F:
drive. I know I can update this using the SET.INDEX command. Is there
a way to make this change by a program, so I won't have to do all of
the updates by hand?

Thanks.

Matt

A simple program that executes SET.INDEX commands is probably easiest.
It is possible to write a program that directly accesses the relevant
field of the file header but that is probably not a good idea as you
might accidentally corrupt the file if you get it wrong.
