Hi all,

I have a UV personal edition installed on my pc for testing. This
morning I get a message that my license has expired.

Has anyone seen this and how do i correct it?

There has been a lengthy discussion of this on the u2-users list over
the last few days.

It seems that the Personal Edition has an expiry date which has come as
a surprise to most users.

Not using PE, I haven't tracked this too closely but I get the
impression that a new version is available for download but has some
problems.

There is a new version of uv 10.1 PE on the IBM website available for
download, this new version has an expiry of 31Oct06. Universe 10.2 PE
will be available from the end of september which will have a longer
expiry. There are no problems with the release, just they where
expecting 10.2 to be available before 31Aug and it has been put back a
month or so.
