To all the UV gurus out there, would it be possible to give me a robust
way of backing up Universe v10.2 (on AIX v4.3) files so that the
restore will be able to restore a single directory/file to any given
directory without a hassle?
I have also heard about the use of dd to enhance performance. But how
does it all fit together.
I am new to Universe and never used backup / restore in Unix before.
Cannot use cpio because its limited to 2GB files.
