Default Universe terminal type - 05-07-2005 , 01:31 AM

I also have the same problem with the Universe terminal type when I
installed it on a Windows2000 box.

The nearest terminal type to the screen I've found is 'console'
But HELP doesn't work properly with console.

Need to speak to some IBM guy.

Also I found problems with EXECUTE RTNLIST and there is no SORT
statement in BASIC which means that one needs to use LOCATE on dynamic
arrays and if they're large it takes ages to do it.

Anyone with Universe knowledge out there who can help?

Thanks Don,

I have subscribed to u2ug.org however I am not getting an answer to
another question i put up there. I saw this as a very active group and
because someone else has had the same problem as I, I thought I would
put in my 2-bob comment.

thnks again
