Thanks for all the comments. Rebooting D3 did the trick.
Downside is that days up since reboot is reset to zero.

For some odd reason this reminds of old joke about a client asking a
consultant, "What time is it?".
The consultant asks to borrow the client's watch and then asks the
client, "What time do you want it to be?"
