There usd to be quite a few plumbing wholesalers on Ultimate on RS/6000
machines. I would like to know about any and all of those and what
they migrated to, if they are not still on the same system.

You are most likely thinking of SHIMS, a package distributed by
Ultimate Data Systems for hard goods distributors, including plumbing,
electrical, and industrial supply houses.

There are still a large number of companies out there that are using
SHIMS although the company that now owns the rights to it is no longer
devoting any development resources to it.

Some clients have migrated to Intuit Eclipse.
