U2Editor is based on the Eclipse platform that you know is open sourced
from IBM. U2Editor can be automatically updated via the web using the
Eclipse update option. This means the users of our product always have
the most update copy of the editor.
Some of the other Key features for this FREE editor are:
· A single license per machine no matter how many source
programs you editing
· No telnet screen needs to be open while editing
· Edit multiple accounts, machines, databases
(Universe/Unidata) simultaneously in one window
· Add client servers as well as the internal servers to you
navigation window
· Consistent formatting of basic code
· Hot-key for compiling and formatting
· Project/Workspace support (Available January 16th)
