Default TANDEM for UniVerse 10.2 NT - 01-23-2007 , 07:44 PM

Hello,

We recently migrated from mvBASE 1.3.02 to UniVerse 10.2 (on Windows2k3
Server x64 edition). One feature we miss is the TANDEM feature, which
lets us shadow another user's telnet session for support and audit
purposes.

Does anyone know of a third party product we can use to get this
working, or point me in the right direction? We have about 100 users
on ADDS terminals which we are not ready to replace en masse just yet.

Thanks,
Gabe

Gabe,

UniVerse 10.2 for Windows does include TANDEM as a new feature.
Unfortunately, it is either not documented or not documented very well.

Check with your UniVerse support vendor. They should be able to give
you some direction.
