ssh and nailed telnet

It turns out, contrary to what I thought before, that nailed telnet
connections are possible thru a ssh connection from a NATed system. It
takes a little slight-of-hand to make it work, and thanks to Tedd Scofield
for showing me the magic. The same magic works well for pushing files back
and forth.
