I have been on Usenet a long time. I changed my name to 'the Moderator' as
a joke on rec.backpacking years ago. It stuck. If anyone is confused by
the name I don't mind explaining it. I don't moderate any newsgroup.

There are probably several different ways of doing it. I am not a
programmer, but trying to write some code to solve a specific problem.
