So what's this DIR command in d3/linux good for?

I see the d3/linux dm,bp, still has a DIR command;
is it actually good for anything, or is it just a relic from
ap/pro ?

It's harmless. If the platform is not AP/Native or AP/Pro it executes
"listfiles" and terminates.
