collection agency spanning North America, is looking for a seasoned
PiCK developer to join its expert-level application development team.

This is a full-time position at our Tampa, Florida corporate
headquarters, but working remotely can be an option for the right
candidate. As a member of HWI's development team, you will be focused
on enhancing legacy applications, planning and building new
applications, and implementing a wide range of advanced systems
integrations. With this position also comes the exciting opportunity to
learn new software and systems not found in any other industry.

The ideal candidate we are looking for should have:

· 4 year college or university degree, and/or at least 10 years
experience in the IT industry

Technical skills:

· AIX UNIX (3-5 years direct experience)
· MS Windows 2000/2003 configuration management (3+ years)
· MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access) (5+ years)

Development Skills:

· 10+ years experience in PiCK
· 3+ years experience in jBase
· 4+years experience in Visual Basic 6

Soft Skills:

· Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines
· Collections experience is preferred
· Excellent oral and written communications skills
· Detail oriented
· Highly motivated, self-managed
· Troubleshooting and problem solving
