The Software Engineer will design, program and test computer software
programs and applications. The Software Engineer works closely with
Software Engineers, Solutions Analysts, and Quality Assurance to
assess, enhance, maintain and support software solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze functional specifications to design/code new applications or
to customize existing applications
• Provide training and documentation on functional changes
• Develop programming effort estimation based on requirements and
scope of project
• Provide support and research for existing and new software
• Test programming changes and document results
• Review existing applications to continually increase quality and
efficiency

REQUIREMENTS

• B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or
equivalent).
• 5+ years of professional experience designing, developing and unit
testing software.
• 3+ years of extensive hands on design and development experience
with Pick/Unidata
• Excellent problem solving skills including a logical and analytical
approach to problem detection and resolution
• Experience in Employee Benefits is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• C#, .NET, SQL Server skills a plus.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Work Visa required.
